Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Azarish. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Returns Process
- Email us at support@azarish.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item to:

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. - Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit is available if preferred.
Exchanges & Defective Items
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—we will arrange for replacement or full refund, including shipping.
