Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Azarish. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Returns Process

  1. Email us at support@azarish.ae with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item to:

    Tilal City, Al Suyoh Suburb,
    Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
  3. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit is available if preferred.

Exchanges & Defective Items

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—we will arrange for replacement or full refund, including shipping.
