Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & UAE public holidays).

Domestic Shipping

• Delivery within UAE: 3–5 business days.
• Shipping is FREE for orders over AED 200. Otherwise, AED 25 applies.

International Shipping

• Available to select countries—shipping costs calculated at checkout.
• International delivery: 7–14 business days.
• Customs/duties are customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email SMS.

Delays

Shipping may be delayed by customs, weather, or public holidays. We will inform you of any delays.

Lost/Damaged Items
